1. General Information

LiftUp ("we", "our", "us") provides a workout tracker that helps users create their lifting program and keep track of their workouts. Our contact information is zach@mg.lifts-up.com.

2. Membership

Upon purchasing a membership, users can access and use the LiftUp PWA to track their workouts. Users may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

3. User Data Collection

We collect and store user data, including name, email, payment information, age, sex, weight, workout log as necessary to provide our services. We also collect non-personal data through web cookies. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://lifts-up/privacy-policy.

4. Ownership and Use

All content and services provided on LiftUp are the property of LiftUp. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
